I love it when a plan comes together....

or in this case NOT! 

I had expected to be able to construct the top floor of the treehouse on the ground and then slide it up a rail intact into position on the already built floor.

Unfortunately, as Deb kindly pointed out with a snicker, I failed to account for the space between the trees in front.   The structure is 7'5" wide and the tree space only 7'.   

So, we will have to cut the already built portion apart and nail each wall section in one at a time.  Which is what Deb said we would have to do all along.  Where was she when I was doing all the designing?

Here is what we have thus far:

Shouldn't be too hard to seperate with the sawzall.  We will reattach them together on the platform with bolts.
