-roofing patch front deck
-siding in front

-align back door, swap out atrium door
-reroute plumbing to inside
-install other support column and weld beam
-install wall insulation and interior wall panels
-check wiring and correct
-install ceiling insulation and panels
-continue replacing flooring
-build bunk beds
