Every patched leak reveals more leaks. Evaluating whether to bring all piping inside start new or tearing out the old en masse and redoing it from scratch.
Porch still needs to be stained and the ceiling covered.
Roof sheathing and shingles need to be replaced as well for the end ten feet or so.
New siding for the back side of the house.
Kitchen planned and installed.
Floor replacement continues.
