We have some brand new cement lap siding. It is all in excellent shape. The size is 8 1/4 x 12 ft. long. This leaves 7" showing.
It is pre-primed (just how we bought it) with a woodgrain texture. 125 pieces is what we have extra.
Ordered to much and after our project we have this much extra. Just needing to sell for what we purchased it for.
Similar siding at home depot is $7.45 a piece. We are asking $5.25 a piece.
