We have made an offer for this and another lake front property. It was accepted and we are now awaiting closing through an Odessan title company. Crossing fingers that the seller has represented everything accurately; no liens or other encumbrances.
In the meantime we are making plans and discussing priorities and work to be done. Deb and I both love the vacant property but it will take longer to be usable than the other.
