Ceiling Light from Jack and Judy's

The pipe break at Jack's and Judy's damaged walls, ceilings, flooring and cabinets.  We may be the lucky receipients of a bad break.  These cabinets and the light fixture would really class up our planned kitchen. 

(Later Deb confided to me that she wished she had thought of doing a water break earlier when Jack and Judy were in Arizona.)
