Dock day

Killing work on a hot day. We got the dock constructed for the most part. Only needing hurricaine ties for the crossed joists to secure them. Also need to add nails to some of the joists. I had underestimated the massiveness of the dock against the ordinary 16 p nail. Six inch spiral nails worked best.

Now we are needing only the bungs for barrels and deck boards. Once we have the bungs and barrels strapped down we can flip this 1384 pound monster and lay the deck boards.
