This outlet is high between the atrium doors and is meant to be used for a AC rechargeable flashlight like this one here.
This outside receptacle took most of my time.
Rewired this one to supply the outside receptacle.
A gfi, installed on the flashlight outlet, protects all the outlets on this circuit.
