Bit of a back story ...
deb texted me on her way to the closing to tell me she was on her way and she intended to pull money from each of our accounts to pay for the land. Later, when I realized the closing must have been completed, I texted deb, bragging about my share of land ownership. There may have been kind of a evil laugh present in the "MUHAHAHAHA..." at the end of the text. Her response? Oh I didn't have time to get money out of both accounts, so I just used mine.... Though I love her, she truly is an evil genius.......
