Summer weather in February

72 degrees outside and for the first time in several months it didn't hurt to work outside. All the snow had melted and the land was mostly dried out.

Nathan and I cleared out the courtyard, moving out stones, wood and debris. Stacked flagstones and lumber against the house.

We also measured for gutters, unloaded lumber from the trailer and surveyed our property lines.

As we were leaving Lonnie stopped by and said he was wanting to dig the water line ditch on Sunday. We are going to need to clear out the ground of rocks and stuff before he starts.

Lonnie says the water is on!
