Susan has said she had once spent 3 days in jail for failing to appear in court to face complaints about her property.
Not that unusual, any city would do the same.
But consider this: the lake house resides in Lafayette Lake city. I think it's fair to assume that complaints about her property were filed in this city. We have been in the city hall building which is tiny and shared with the property owners assocition.
After spending nearly a week cleaning out the house and garage and throwing away over 20 cubic yards of junk (and a long way yet to go) I have no doubt she was actually cited and went to jail.
Which begs the question... Where is the city of Lake Lafayette jail? The city hall is too small for a proper cell. What did they do? Throw her into a closet for 3 days?
