Mike and a couple of his friends spent the day working on the house. They pulled out much of the garage garbage - old furniture, boards, trash and odds and ends. Then they pulled down ceiling tiles and insulation amid a shower of raccoon crap and other horribles. I am eager to see the results and to look into the ceiling for problems with the roof and supporting structures, not to mention electrical wiring and plumbing.
