The front porch deck is precarious, poorly designed and constructed and needs to be replaced before someone gets hurt.
Deb had the idea of assigning Mike and Andrew to the task. Give them a budgt of $200 and have them design and construct the deck.
I think its a great idea - will try it out on them later tonight.
Rough prelim dimensions are eight by twelve with steps and a railing.
