Originally listed at $29,500, this turn key, ready to go camping property, had trailer, bunkhouse and paved firepit, was new truman lake and was an hour and a half away. The trailer only six yers old was next to a perc field for septic and swimming was at least a mile away.

The Truman lake property turns out to be way over-priced - seller has dropped about 6k and it probably remains unsold. If he had listed this at $20k we would probably have bought.
