Driving to work I was thinking of some tile art i saw in a store near my job. I thought perhaps we could take that idea and make something special about our family for the entry way wood floor at the lake house. I sent Katie this idea with the challenge to create a design and make it happen.

The above link shows a number of floor art medallions - none of which i particularly like. I have this vague idea of something themed for our family - something with alexander would be fine made of tile and or glass perhaps. A giant mailed guantlet with alexander written on it squeezing the life out of a Rimmer would not be acceptable. Perhaps something with all of our hands imprinted into it? This could also be made of concrete, wood, the aforementioned tile or glass, and lastly ceramics or even plastic.
Use your imagination and go wild.
