Have contracted an electrician of dubious credentials to work on the wiring. Paying $15 an hour flat rate he will install or inspect 4 circuits including an install into the garage for lighting.
Bought this wire for $103: Southwire 250 Ft.12 AWG 12-3 NM-B W/Ground Non-Metallic Wire
If things work out we will go forward with replacing the fuse panel.
