Which lake are we taking about?
I can go right up to the edge of the lake as long as its allowed. I have a rubber track bobcat @ $80. per hour with a four hour min. I should be able to grade that driveway and spread your rock for $320.00
Please keep in mind with out seeing the lot I can only give you a guess on the bid.
On past driveways having the rock delivered the same time as grading the driveway works best.
